One of India's busiest railway stations, Howrah is approximately 18–20 km from the venue. Take a cab, Ola/Uber or the Kolkata Metro from Howrah to Salt Lake Sector V, then a local auto/cab to Newtown. Journey time: 45–60 minutes.

Upcoming Newtown Metro Extension
The Kolkata Metro extension to Newtown is expected to be operational by mid-2026, with a station directly serving the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre area, making access even more convenient for delegates.

From Central Kolkata / Park Street
Take EM Bypass (Eastern Metropolitan Bypass) heading north, then turn onto Action Area II via the Newtown Connector Road. The venue is clearly signposted. Distance: ~14 km, approx. 30–40 minutes by car.
