Please read all guidelines carefully before submitting. Abstracts not following the format will be rejected.

  • Abstract must be original, unpublished work not presented elsewhere
  • Maximum 300 words (excluding title and authors)
  • Structured format: Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion
  • Include all author names and institutional affiliations
  • Presenting author must be a registered delegate
  • Submit in English only; avoid abbreviations in the title
  • Up to 5 keywords required for indexing
  • Graphs, images, or tables cannot be included in the abstract
  • Each author may submit a maximum of 2 abstracts
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings
